Pluglighti™ maintains a structured return review procedure designed to preserve product integrity and fairness.

Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days following confirmed delivery.

Condition Criteria
Eligible returns must meet the following standards:
• Unused condition
• No installation performed
• Original packaging and protective materials retained

Items Not Eligible
• Custom-configured products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products showing evidence of installation or alteration

Authorization Requirement
Returns require prior written approval. Unapproved shipments may be refused upon arrival.

Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Inspection Process
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection approval.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
